Marat Melkonyan, Deputy Head of the RA Police has written on the wall of his Facebook page:
“It is impossible to be a bad man, but at the same time to be a good Armenian. It is impossible for an individual to be an ideologist, without falsehood and profit-seeker, and at the same time to be an ideologist in national affairs. It is impossible to be an imperfect person but to be an ideal Armenia. Only the person who is worthy to be named a man is deserved to be called an Armenian.”
