On 20 July 2012, RA President Serzh Sargsyan participated at the session of the Board of the Armenian Police. The results of activities carried out by the Police in the first half of 2012 were presented during the session.
Prior to starting the scheduled tasks, the RA President introduced several remarks to the attention of the participants.
First of all President mentioned that no success may be achieved simply by changing the laws or procedures. He added that was an important process, yet not sufficient. The mentality and mode of thinking should be changed. Especially those that had been stereotyped during the decades. If we should not be able to change our mode of thinking or that of our subordinates, we could not be able to obtain serious achievements.
