Today, Aleksey Sukoyan, Judge of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentorn and Nork Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly-Vanadzor, denied the claim of Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly of Vanadzor against Vladimir Gasparyan.
Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly-Vanadzor claimed against Vladimir Gasparyan demanding compensation for damages caused to the honor, dignity, and business reputation of the organization in the interviews of 17 October 2011 published in www.hraparak.am and “Zinuzh” program on 15 October 2011
HCA Vanadzor claims the Court to oblige Vladimir Gasparyan to publicly apologize for offending the organization and to extract 10 (ten) AMD from his property in favor of HCAV.
