The Media and Public Relations Department informs that RA Minister of Justice had a meeting with Peter Koutoujian, sheriff of the US state of Middlesex.
Presenting the activities towards improving the criminal executive service in the US, the sheriff underlined the American philosophical approach to the issue: ” You punish, preparing for freedom”.
Let us inform also that in 2013 Peter Koutoujian succeeded in detaining the highest number of criminals and close around 50 illegal institutions in the region. He has been awarded with a presidential medal by the US President Barack Obama for his service in the field of internatl security in the country.
