On the decision of the RA Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan, employees of the Government of the Republic of Armenia Hayk Malkhasyan and Mariana Shakaryan received the degree of Second Class Counselor of Civil Service. The decision of the Prime Minister reads:
“Governed by the order provided by Points 3 and 5 of Article 8 of the RA law on Civil Service assign the degree of Second Class Counselor of Civil Service to the following employees of the staff of the Givernement of the Republic of Armenia:
Malkhasyan Hayk – Chief Specialist of the Legal Department.
Shakaryan Marianna – Chief Specialist of Financial and Economic department.”
