On 7 August at 12:10 a.m. the police officers of Ararat marz Department of Fight against Illegal Circulation of Narcotics and Drugs of the General Department on Combating Organized Crime arrested the Russian citizen Viul H., born in 1946, who was wanted since 10 February with the charge under the requirements of Article 185 (1) “Willful destruction or spoilage of property” of the Criminal Code of the RA.
