According to the operative data of the Defense Army, in the period of 6 and 7 August the ceasefire on Armenian-Azerbaijani state border was violated around 400 times by the enemy. They fired over 8000 shots from various caliber weapons in the direction of the Armenian soldiers.
As a result of actions taken by the frontier troops of the Defense Army the enemy’s activity was suspended. The Armenian troops control the situation on the whole frontier line .
