Prisoner Edward V. is reported to the medical officer of “Nubarashen” penitentiary of the RA Ministry of Justice demanded a large sum of money as a bribe for taking the prisoner to the “Prisoners’ Hospital” of the RA Ministry of Justice.
A criminal case under Point 2 of Part 3 of article 311 of the RA Criminal Code has been initiated based on the materials prepared in the Special Investigation Service of the RA. Preliminary investigation is in process.
Note. Everyone charged with a criminal offense shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty by the court verdict lawfully entered into force as prescribed by Criminal Procedure Code.
