Dear compatriots! I warmly congratulate you on the Day of Constitution of the Republic of Armenia.
The Basic Law of our country adopted 17 years ago became a fundamental document, unreservedly affirming the democratic values, human rights and freedoms, fully normalizing the process of state building, and a reliable and stable basis of progress.
Approving the Constitution our people specified the guidelines of the state’s future, gave legal formulation with Declaration of independence and referendum of independence to its aspirations established earlier.
I am sure that we’ll continue together consistently prosper our state based on democracy, social justice and civil solidarity, we’ll succeed to reach together our goals, as it is everybody’s wish, developing what we have achieved: build a powerful, welfare and competitive Armenia. Necessary bases and opportunities are provided by Constitution for that, necessary steps are being taken by the authorities of the country, the interests of the people and state demand that.
Dear compatriots, once again congratulating you on the Day of Constitution, I wish you happiness, optimism and welfare, peace, development and progress to our country.
