Hrayr Tovmasyan, Minister of Justice of the RA made a statement in connection with the Armenian Constitution Day on July 5.
The statement reads: “The Constitution is not just a legal document. The Constitution is one of the attributes of statehood.
Constitution is the main Vision and Guide for the development of state. The Constitution states the main norms on which state, public and political life is built.
The Constitution is a document for the state’s prospects. It is important that the Constitution day becomes a holiday for all of us. It is important for all of us to understand that the Constitution is a symbol. Congratulations to everyone.”
