According to information of “Zhoghovurd” Daily, Galust Sahakyan appointed Seyran Yuzbashyan as his advisor. The latter was the Head of Legal department of the NA, but Hovik Abrahamyan had dismissed him last year.
The source informat that the formal expalantion for the dismissal was liquidation of the legal department, which was substituted by a newly created Expertise department, which had the same functions, but without Yuzbashyan. According to rumors, in fact Hovik Abrahamyan dismissed Yuzbashyan because of his bad conduct towards the staff.
