The RA Government has nearly been formed thanks to the “personnel” close to Davit Harutyunyan, Minister – Chief of Staff of the Government.
“Zhoghovurd” Daily, with a reference to its own sources, mentions that the fact to some extent concerns Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan. He in his turn tries to bring the true to him people to the Government from the NA.
According to the newspaper, this is just the reason that the Prime Minister decided to assign Gurgen Dumanyan, the former Deputy Chief of Staff of the NA to the post of Davit Harutyunyan’s deputy.
