The newly appointed Prime Minister of the RA Hovik Abrahamyan instructed the interested governmental bodies to elaborate as soon as possible a draft law, which prior to the adoption by the National Assembly of the package of the “Law on Accumulative Pension,” which is foreseen by the 3 April 2014 decision of the Constitutional Court, will suspend calculation of fines; informs the Government.
The Prime Minister issued this instruction in result the council, which took place after the governmental session.
The government is planning to propose the draft for discussion in the four-day weekend session of the National Assembly which starts on April 28.
