In fact, though the Constitutional Court decided that the component “Compulsory” contradicts to the Constitution, yet it will continue to operate as constitutional. Thus, we can summarize the results of operation of Armenia’s Constitutional Court:
Unconstitutional ‘Presidents”.
Unconstitutional Parliaments.
Unconstitutional Interstate treaties.
And now an unconstitutional law, which according to the decision of the CC, we must show as allegedly constitutional. A worthy trait to the disgraceful image of the Constitutional Court of the RA.
