One of the 7 Detained for the scuffle, which took place in Harsnaqar restaurant on 17 June has been released. According to statement of the police Davit Hayryan, manager of the restaurant came for identification on 25 June. However the victim did not recognize him and he was released pursuant to Article 132 (1, point 1) of the RA Criminal Code (The detained shall be released on the basis of the decision of the body which carries out criminal proceeding if: the suspicion about his committing an action forbidden by criminal law has not been proven correct).
Currently there are six persons arrested in the relation of the incident. They are Davit Adumyan, Garik Margaryan, Arthur Babloyan, Arman Khachatryan, Armen Baghdasaryan and Norayr Hayrapetyan.
