In the period of June 2011 –June 2012 the Department of Preparing Materials for Disciplinary Procedure against the Judges received 477 complaints. 2 procedures were initiated. Disciplinary responsibility was imposed over Judge A. Hovsepyan. The RA Council of Justice annulled Disciplinary Procedure against Judge A.Ohanyan.
According to the Legitimacy Control Inspectorate: Disciplinary Procedure were imposed over seven notaries public in compliance to the complaints received from the citizens. In result they underwent disciplinary punishment.
Currently 765 funds are registered in e-register.am website. 265 Funds have submitted their reports to the Legitimacy Control Inspectorate. Corresponding decisions on imposing administrative penalties in compliance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Fundamentals of Administrative Action and Administrative Proceedings were made with regard of the remaining 500 funds. A 30-days term was provided to them to submit the reports.
The number of complaints referring to the Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service of the Ministry of Justice is 272. Service investigation has been initiated with regard of two complaints, and one administrative action was initiated.
236 complaints were received referring to the Penitentiary Service. Service investigation has been initiated in one case.
