Until autumn all life prisoners will move to the prison being built in one of the villages of Armavir.
“Irates de Facto” newspaper reports that the jail is planned for 1450 prisoners. The cells are for two people and have all modern conveniences. According to the same source the judicial system has much to do regarding the examination of 105 cases of life prisoners, since having so many sentenced in our country is a matter of concern.
