“If the Document is signed in the Absence of a Notary”: Notary Public clarifies

It is well known that the documents ratified or confirmed by the notary shall be signed in the presence of the notary.
In the case where the agreement or other document is signed in the absence f the notary, the signatory shall confirm that he/she has signed the document.
In case if the notary had received officially a sample of the signature of the signatory then the notary has the right not to require verification of the signature of the signatory to the document, which was signed in the absence of the notary.
