The decision of İstanbul 14th High Criminal Court on the case of Murder of Hrant Dink, ex-editor-in-chief of Armenian “Agos” weekly is sent to the Court of Cassation.
“Firat” Agency informs that the documents of the case were included in 77 packages, which were packed in 8 sacks.
According to the court decision charge of membership in a terrorist organization was withdrawn from 19 accused on Dinks murder case.
General Prosecutor’s Office of Istanbul has declared that they shall be appeal the decision.
