Just a few minutes ago Mkhitar Papoyan, judge of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork Marash administrative district publicized the decision on the case of Margar Ohanyan, ex-head of the Road Police of the RA. He was sentenced to 6 years term.
The ex-head of Road Police of the RA was accused for misfeasance in office and for the robbery of state property in large extent, pursuant to Part 2 of Article 308 and Point 1, Part 3 of Article 179 of the RA Criminal Code.
He was justified only for misfeasance in office.
It is not known whether he shall appeal the decision.
