The investigation on criminal cases of robbery finished in the RA Investigation Division of Shirak region. The prosecutor, supervising the legality of the investigation confirmed the accusation.
According to the RA Prosecutor General’s Office, the investigation revealed that the citizens of Gyumri J. Iskandaryan, A. janoyan, T. Yeghiazaryan, D. Tarbashyan, citizen of Yerevan G. Chilingaryan, as well as citizens of Aygepat village of Ararat region S. Davoyan and V. Elamyan coming to an initial agreement committed robbery from 1 November 2011 to 18 January 2012.
Especially, in this time period each above mentioned person implemented 1 marauding attack in Gyumri, 1 robbery in Yerevan, 7 thefts in Aygepat village of Ararat region, plundering property and golden jewelry with the cost of 3 415 000 AMD.
Based on achieved proves, S. Davtyan was accused under Point 4, Part 2 of Article 175, Point 1, Part 3 of Article 177 and Part 1 of Article 334 of the RA Criminal Code.
V. Elumyan was accused under Point 1, 4, Part 2 of Article 176, Point 1, Part 3 of Article 177 and Point 3, Part 2 of the same article of the RA Criminal Code.
J. Iskandaryan was accused under Point 4, Part 2 of Article 176, Point 1, Part 2 of Article 38-176 of the RA Criminal Code.
A. Janoyan was accused under Point 1; 2; 4, Part 2 of Article 176 and Point 1, Part 2 of Article 38-176 of the RA Criminal Code.
T. Yeghiazaryan was accused under Point 1, Part 2 of Article 38-176 and Point 1; 2; 4, Part 2 of Article 176 of the RA Criminal Code.
G. Chilingaryan was accused under Points 1; 2, Part 2 of Article 38-176 of the RA Criminal Code.
D. Tarboshyan was accused under Points 1; 4, Part 2 of Article 176; Points 1; 2; 4, Part 2 of Article 176 and Part 1 of Article 137 of the RA Criminal Code.
