European Court of Human Rights again condemns Turkey

European Court of Human Rights has made decisions that condemn Turkey. Turkish periodic “Huriet” reports.
European Court blames Turkey for giving life imprisonment for the case of Mahmed Hasmediri. According to accused person, serious violations have been committed towards him during the imprisonment. ECHR declared that Turkey is obliged to pay 11 900 EUR penalty. At the same time, ECHR has made a decision on another case of Hatije Dumani. European Court charged Turkey for violating human rights.
Turkey is also obliged to pay 10 800 EUR to Dumani.
