The title of the 186th video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “Is Trade in Places not designed for such Purposes punishable?” Sona Harutyunyan, Advocate, member of the Armenian Young Lawyers Association is the expert of the program. Pursuant to Article 72 of the Republic of Armenia Code of Administrative Violations, “Trading in places not designed for such purposes imposes a penalty at 50 or 70 fold amount of the minimal salary for the public individual.”
