The title of the 181st video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “Encouragement of Convict.” Serine Khachatryan, Legal Advisor of Yerevan Anti-Corruption Center is the expert of the program. The convict may be transferred to a penitentiary with less degree of confinement to serve the sentence. All types of incentives are assigned by the written decisison of the head of the penitentiary or by the person implementing such obligation.
