The following types of higher education institutions shall be defined in the higher and postgraduate professional education system of the Republic of Armenia:
1. University;
2. Institute;
3. Academy;
4. Conservatory and etc.
The procedure of activities of the higher military, police education institutions shall be defined by Laws.
Admission to the bachelor’s studies of state and private higher education institutions shall be conducted upon applications of persons having at least secondary (full) general education, according to the procedure defined by the RA Government.
The higher education institution shall be entitled to announce admission in case of presence of the license.
