The title of the 174th video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “Order for obtaining of the International Driving License.” Arpine Yeghikyan, AYLA member, Advocate of “Armenia Against Corruption” project is the expert of the program. The international driving license is signed by the head of examining body (department) and sealed with the seal assigned for the approval of international traffic documents, while the categories of permitted transportation means are mentioned by the stamp.
