The title of the 172nd video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “Military Duty of Double Citizens.” Zaruhi Hovhannisyan, Legal Advisor of Yerevan Anti-Corruption Center is the expert of the program. The citizen of the Republic of Armenia who acquired citizenship of another state is not discharged from compulsory military service whether or not he has passed such service in the foreign country.
