The title of the 168th video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “Order for imposing Exaction on the Property of Spouses.” Arpine Yeghikyan, AYLA member, Advocate of “Armenia Against Corruption” project is the expert of the program. If the court ruling proves that the community property of spouses was aquierd by means that one of the sposes gained in wrongful way, then the exaction may be applied upon the the whole community property of spouses or on the part of it.
