The title of the 146th video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “Who is the Proxy?” Sona Harutyunyan, Advocate, member of the Armenian Young Lawyers Association is the expert of the program. No one (including the election committees) has the right to expel the proxy from the voting station or to ban them from being present at the work of the election committee, except for the cases when the proxy is apprehended or arrested.
