The title of the 132nd video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “The Care Benefit for a Child under 2 years of age.” Serine Khachatryan, Legal Advisor of Yerevan Anti-Corruption Center is the expert of the program. The right for the care benefit for the child rises for the parent since the date indicated in the legal act on her being in the leave on the child’s care provided by the relevant employer (employers in case where the parent works on two jobs at a time).
