Arevik Khachatryan, head of the public relations department of the RA Prosecutor General’s Office, wrote on her Facebook page:

“The announcement in the “factor.am” by Daniel Ioannisyan, the head of the “Union of Informed Citizens  NGO, about the distribution of electoral bribes through the “Milena” Taxi Service in the Avan administrative district was sent to the Nor Nork Police Department by the Prosecutor’s Office of Avan and Nor Nork administrative districts of Yerevan, to prepare materials in accordance with Articles 180-181 of the Criminal Procedure Code.”
