The Decision on Robert Kocharyan’s Measure of Restraint has been published

The Criminal Court of Appeals presided by Judge Rubik Mkhitaryan, announced the decision on the measure of restraint of the second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan.

“Our complaints were rejected, the decision of the first instance was left unchanged, and this will be appealed,” said Robert Kocharyan’s lawyer Hayk Alumyan.

He mentioned that Robert Kocharyan will be arrested.
