We learn from “Akanates” (Witness) Observation Mission’s website that a violation was registered at 10:43 pm at 6/8 polling station in Ajapnyak.

A citizen took a number of voters to the polling station by a car (Toyota Corolla) and then entered the polling station and asked Gayane Khurshudyan, a member of the commission, whether everything was OK, and then left the polling station. The observer demanded to register the violation in the precinct electoral commission register, but Nikolay Mnatsakanyan, the chairman of the commission, refused, reasoning that he would register the violation if the given person again entered the precinct.

The same person brought some voters to the polling station again, but did not enter the polling station. The observer again asked to register the violation in the register, but the proposal was again denied by the chairman of the commission, reasoning that a person may be accompanying his family members to the polling station and that he would register the violation if the latter again noticed in the polling station.
