Tomorrow, on 11 September, the National Assembly will elect the President of the Cassation Court. The only candidate is Yervand Khundkaryan.
Notably, since 1 January, 2008, Yervand Khundkaryan has been appointed Judge of the RA Civil Court of Appeal.
On 8 October, 2008, the decree of the 3rd president of the RA Serzh Sargsyan, he was appointed Judge of the Civil and Administrative Chamber of the Court of Cassation.
On 17 September, 2010, by the decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia he was appointed the Chairman of the Civil and Administrative Chamber of the Court of Cassation.
