Aram Orbelyan, defender of the 2nd President of the Republic of Armenia Robert Kocharyan, said at today’s press conference that the case was not well-designed and studied.
“You cannot call a man as a witness if he is a suspect. In other words, state bodies should not deceive the citizens. But in both cases Mr. Kocharyan would have come,” he said.
He also spoke about the immunity of the retired president.
