Lena Nazaryan,  member of the “Yelk” Faction and the “Civil Contract” Party, has been authorized to nominate a candidate for the post of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.

Notably, on May 1 during the special session of the National Assembly, the candidate for the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan was not elected as Prime Minister by 45 votes in favor. Ararat Mirzoyan, another member of the “Civil Contract” Party, had introduced the candidate.

The Prime Minister’s election will take place on May 8 at a special session of the National Assembly at 12:00.
