Felix Tsolakyan was the only member of the Republican Party of Armenia faction who was for Nikol Pashinyan’s becoming prime minister.
“Dear Compatriots, I voted for the people’s candidate, on my conscience,” he wrote in his Facebook page.
Let us remind you that Felix Tsolakyan was the adviser to the 2nd President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan, in July-October 2007 .
On 1 November 2007, by the decree of the RA President, he was appointed Deputy Director of the RA National Security Service.
On 7 March 7, 2013, the Government of the Republic of Armenia appointed him the Governor of Shirak Marz of the Republic of Armenia.
