19 MPs of the RA National Assembly have registered for their speeches. NA Vice President, Eduard Sharmazanov from the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) stated in his speech that he did not receive answers to a number of questions, no concepts on foreign policy were submitted, Artsakh conflict and other issues.

“I hoped to hear the prime minister’s speech, but I saw the non-program speech for the people,” he said.

He ended his speech by saying that his estimates are political, there is no personal approach. “Mr. Pashinyan, you did not convince me, I do not see you in the post of Supreme Commander-in-Chief.”
