Dear Compatriots,

I appeal to all citizens of the Republic of Armenia,
adults and my beloved youth,
women and men,

I turn to those who stood in the streets the streets on the streets day and night with the call, “Deny Serzh” and those who were going to their work places through the closed streets and carry out their job,

I appeal to those who followed the Live Stream and those who have been in the streets for days and nights, secure public security day and night just as real men ,

I appeal to our courageous soldiers and officers at the border to turn to my companion-in-arms,

I appeal to my fellow party friends, all political forces and politicians.

I am appealing for the last time as the head of the country.

Nikol Pashinyan was right. I was wrong. The created situation has several solutions, but I will not turn to any of them. It is not mine. I am leaving the post of the country’s prime minister.

The movement of the street is against my office. I fulfill your demand. 

Peace, harmony and logic to our country.
