The staff of the National Assembly has concluded an agreement with the “Outdoor Service” LLC for the reception of official delegations at the inauguration ceremony of the newly elected President of the Republic of Armenia. The agreement was signed on March 30.
According to the agreement, the date of sending or publishing a purchase invitation by the National Bank is March 27.
17 million AMD (about $ 35,000 USD) have been allocated from the State Budget for the organization of the official reception service of the delegations.
The official ceremony of reception of delegations arrived in Armenia for the inauguration ceremony of the newly elected President of the Republic of Armenia will take place at the Karen Demirchyan Sport and Concert Complex
According to the Agreement, the complete assembly of the hall entrance, the corridor and stage will be carried out by the designer solutions developed in advance by the parties.
It will include light-emitting diodes, metal formations, the company will also install lighting devices, carry large-format printing, prepare and install the flags.
The production of flags, flower arrangements, stage lining, service of led screens and technical support as well as other essential services will also be performed by “Outdoor Service” LLC.
Upon completion of the services, the Company must submit a signed and sealed list of services, by type, quantity and price of services. The materials prepared by the Client’s order (except for the rent materials) must be delivered to the Client to the on the next day following the end of the event.
