The ““Selen” Club of Journalists” NGO, operating in Lori marz, has reviewed its charter and registered it in the State Register of Legal Entities free of charge.
Mr. Artur Sukiasyan, Lawyer of “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” Project assisted the NGO in this issue.
“Our charter was harmonized with the law, presented to the State Registrar in Yerevan, and a few days later we received a response that it was confirmed,” Ms Ani Khachatryan, representative of “Selen Club of Journalists” NGO said. She noted that small technical problems arose in the state register, which, however, were easily solved.
It should be noted that trainings on the new law and free legal aid to NGOs are provided in the scope of the EU-funded of “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” Project.
The “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” Project is implemented with the financial support of the European Union by the “Armenian Lawyers’ Association” NGO in cooperation with its partners; Agora Central Europe o.p.s (an NGO from the Czech Republic), Armenian Center for Democratic Education-CIVITAS, “International Center for Human Development” Public Organization, SME Cooperation Association and Union of Communities of Armenia.
