On 10 March, the RA Presidents Serzh Sargsyan signed a new decree:

“Guided by Paragraph 8 of Article 55 of the Constitution of the RA as amended in 2005, I decide to Release Oleg Yesayan from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary in the Russian Federation.”
