Today, on 27 February, the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan finally released the names of its victims in the natural zone, which the Azerbaijani side suffered as a result of its offensive attempt in the morning of February 25. The Azerbaijani side did not forget to mention that “the Karabakh side hindered the process removal of the corpses from the neutral zone by making new demands.”
The Defense Ministry of Artsakh announced that in accordance to February 25 agreement made between the sides mediated by the OSCE Personal Representative of the Chairperson in Office, the removal of the Azerbaijani corpses that were in the neutral zone, should have taken place on February 26, with the participation of the representatives of International Committee of the Red Cross. However, yesterday the removal of corpses did not take place on Azerbaijan’s fault, since it violated the agreements, which were reached during the negotiations.
