According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the RA, on February 13 by 08:00, there are heavy roads in the republic.

Sotk-Karvachar highway is difficult to pass.

There is black-ice on Tigranashen bands, Sotk-Karvachar highway, Vardenyats Pass (from Gegharkunik region) Kapan-Sisian highway of Syunik Region, Tavush and Armavir regions.

It is snowing in Syunik region, city of Armavir of Armavir region, Vedi, Artashat, Ararat citis of Ararat region, in Tavush region and cities of Stepanavan, Vanadzor, Alaverdi, Spitak of Lori region.

According to CMC of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of South Ossetia of the Russian Federation, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for all types of vehicles in case of using tire chains.
