On 17 January President of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association (ALA), Coordinator of the Secretariat of the CSO Anti-Corruption Coalition Karen Zadoyan, applied to the RA Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan and presented proposals, which were aimed at the effective fight against corruption.
Among these recommendations was the proposal to include the social security sector as a target sector in the Anti-Corruption Strategy 2015-2018 and to develop the Action Plan for 2017-2018 for the sector in cooperation with the professional CSOs and experts.
At today’s meeting with the RA Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Artem Asatryan, the latter also noted the problems that exists in the sector and expressed his consent on the above-mentioned issue.
