The Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the RA is sure, that the Institution is completely established

The press department of the Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service informs that the temporary Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the RA, Armen Harutyunyan continues his visits to the regions to get acquaint with the work of the Service subdivisions, the current issues and the course of the implementation of the given instructions.

According to the source, the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer has visited the Lori region with business meeting on August 18. In Stepanavan Department the general image and the achieved results of the working activity were presented to Armen Harutyunyan.

Further, a working consultation was conducted in the provincial department in Vanadzor. During the discussion the priorities of increasing the effectiveness and the key guidelines of the Service activity were stressed.

“Yes, we have an established institution in all respects and that urges us more to organize our work in a way that makes the activity of the Service more solid, transparent and comprehensible. The role and the place of the Institution in the system of state bodies will be defined with working activity of each and every compulsory enforcement office,” Mr. Harutyunyan noted, emphasizing that each officer should perceive the honor and dignity in his work as supreme values.

Summing up the consultation and after giving appropriate instructions, the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer noted that it would be possible to maximum specify the mechanisms for implementation of the functions of compulsory enforcement officer through a number of legislative initiatives.
