RA Special Investigation Service informs that charge was brought against two more people D.K and G.A. for having apparently committed crime, as well as prevented the journalists’ professional legal actions during the incidents in Sari Տagh on 29 July night of 30.
The investigator of the Special Investigation Service of especially important cases submitted petition to the first instance court of Arabkir and Qanaqer Zeytun administrative districts to choose detention as a precautionary measure for the accused D.K. and G.A, which was satisfied.
We shall remind that on the incidents happened in Sari Տagh of Yerevan city on 29 July night of 30, during the preliminary investigation of a criminal investigated in RA Special Investigation Service, a charge was brought against 4 people for having apparently committed crime, as well as prevented the journalists’ professional legal actions. Detention was chosen as a precautionary measure for them. The preliminary investigation of the criminal case continues.
