Today, the RA President Serzh Sargsyan signed new decrees. By the first decree Armen Papikyan was dismissed from the Office of Permanent Representative of the Republic of Armenia to the Council of Europe. Paruyr Hovhannisyan was appointed to the Office of Permanent Representative of the Republic of Armenia to the Council of Europe (Seat in Strasbourg).
