The RA Investigative Committee informs that during the first quarter of 2016 16 preliminary studies on alleged breaches of procedural law, as well as other legal acts made by the employees of the RA Investigative Committee during the implementation of their authorities have been conducted in the Department of Internal Security of the RA Investigative Committee.
As a result, disciplinary proceeding was instituted against 9 employees and by the decision of Disciplinary Commission they were subjected to disciplinary sanctions.
Particularly, warning was used against 7 employees, reprimand was used against one and severe reprimand was used against one.
2 proceedings of preliminary study were suspended, in the result of 5 of them no bases to institute a disciplinary proceeding were found.
