On the night of 25 May to the morning of 26 May the situation at the Armenian – Azerbaijanian border was calm as well. Only some shots from different caliber sniper weapons were registered on the north eastern section of the border line. The RA Ministry of Defense reports.
The RA armed forces continued to confidently control the situation along the border and carry out all necessary tasks.
According to operative information from NKR Defense Army, in the afternoon of May 25 and through the morning of 26 May, the Azerbaijani armed Forces renewed violations of ceasefire agreement and shot from different caliber artillery and sniper rifles and HAN – 17 grenade launchers.
The vanguard units of the Defense Army continued with their military duty and undertake necessary measure for organizing due defense of the positions.
